Hair transplantation with FUE-technique (follicular unit extraction) at DERMACARE is the most modern and gentle method of hair transplantation. In contrast to other methods of hair transplantation, the scarring is extremely small due to the thread-like hair transplantation.
Using fine extraction tools, individual follicular units are specifically removed from the neck area and reimplanted in the desired area. The FUE method is microsurgery, the tiny holes where the grafts are taken have a diameter of only 0.3- 0.8 mm. The hair transplantation procedure is almost bloodless, the small wounds close within a few hours and heal within a week. The procedure is performed under local anesthesia. Preventive use of antibiotics minimizes the risk of wound infection.

Follicular units are extracted specifically and individually with the extraction needle. When developing the instrument, care was taken to ensure that it is large enough to extract a healthy and viable follicle, but at the same time it must be small enough not to touch adjacent follicles.
The desired number of grafts can be counted exactly, as they are taken individually. If the number of grafts was still too low, the subsequent removal is possible at any time without any problems.
The removal of body grafts is no problem with the FUE method for hair transplantation. Predominantly chest hair is used for this purpose, with suitable length, characteristics and structure. Bodygrafts are used for compression.

The individual costs of your hair transplantation depend on the number of grafts transplanted and how quickly the hair can be transplanted.
An optimal result is achieved with the transplantation of 28 to 30 grafts/cm², whereby a maximum of 1,800 grafts can be transplanted per day. A hair transplantation with less than 1,800 grafts is performed within one day. If more than 1,800 grafts are transplanted, the transplantation is divided into two days.
